All sales local / export are subject to the clients acceptance of the following conditions :

1. Acceptance of our Offer / Commercial / Technical terms by the client is through a Purchase Order / Advance Payment.
2. Any warranty on the products supplied is strictly limited to replacement of materials only if agreeable and no other liability would be applicable
3. In case of a rejection, our decision on replacement based on the genuineness of complaint would be final.
4. Storage and handling conditions are important for optimum product life. Chemicals are to be stored as per safety norms away from direct sunlight and any probable source of Fire. Usage of PPE’s is compulsory. The customer should follow legal requirements of the Government for storage and usage of material. No liability would be accepted arising out of any accident or claim thereof.
5. All disputes regarding the above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Bangalore City, Karnataka State , South India only.
6. Chemicals & Associates is not responsible for the end use / applications of the product sold. The materials have to be thoroughly checked before use by undertaking laboratory trials to ensure that it meets the specifications for the end application. In case of any problem or doubt with respect to the quality parameters of the product, the client should get back with formal written communication and should not use the product.

The material are supplied purely on request enquiry & subsequent order from the buyer and the buyer is solely responsible for any rules and regulations applicable / binding on the product from the concerned authorities in his Jurisdiction.
