Solvents & Chemicals

We specialise in supplying Solvents like Iso Propanol, Tri Chloro Ethylene, Xylene, Acetone. These chemicals are available for the use in Electronic Industries for PCB Cleaning applications and other diverse industrial applications. We also have Thinners used  for Degreasing of Sheet Metal Components prior to Powder Coating / painting. We have also developed an Eco-Friendly for soldering flux removing applications

Iso Propyl Alcohol

Iso Propanol is a clear flammable liquid & completely miscible in water.  It is been widely used in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards,  Cleaning of PCB to remove flux residue.  Also used as Glass Cleaners and as propellant in Aerosols. It has other innumerable applications for general Industrial cleaning purposes.

ISO PROPYL ALCOHOL
TRI CHLORO ETHYLENE

SILICONE SPRAY FOR MOULD RELEASE

Tri Chloro Ethylene ( To be Discontinued Shortly)

A clear, heavy liquid with excellent solvency, Trichloroethylene has no flash point as determined by standard test methods. Its high stability in the presence of common chemical stabilizers and low boiling point permit vapor degreasing with low heat input. Easily recycled, the solvent combines outstanding cleaning power with greater economy.

Since this material is not eco-friendly we will be discontinuing this material and coming out with Eco-friendly cleaner which can be substituted for Tri Chloro Ethylene..

Specification

  • Mol.Wt. - 131.39 g/mol

  • Assay - 99 .0%

  • Appearance - Clear Liquid

  • Density - 1.45

  • Flammability - No, Corrosive

  • Water -Less Than 0.5 %

Acetone

Acetone removes organic impurities from substrates and is well suited for greasy/oily contaminations. Its high evaporation rate, however, requires a subsequent cleaning step in e. g. isopropyl alcohol in order to avoid striations on the substrate. Acetone is not well-suited as lift-off medium due to the high fire danger when heated and the trend of particles to be lifted to reabsorb onto the substrate

METHYL ETHYL KETONE
METHYL ISO BUTYL KETONE

Methyl Iso Butyl Ketone

MIBK, which occurs naturally in food, is a permitted flavouring agent and is used in food-contact materials.  It is also used as an extract on solvent in the manufacture of methyl amyl alcohol and as a denaturant for ethyl alcohol. Because of the irritant effects of MIBK, contact with the skin and eyes should be avoided.  Ingestion of MIBK should not occur with good manufacturing practices. Employees who come into contact with MIBK may not be at  risk, provided that exposure levels in the workplace are kept as low as possible and within the prescribed control limits which are internationally accepted .
