DIE LUBRICANTS
M/s. Lubrikote has developed a full line of die lubricants that have been specially formulated for use in high-pressure applications using aluminium, magnesium and zinc.

CAST ALL SERIES
Developed for Aluminium, Magnesium and Zinc die casting applications. Provides exceptional wetting and bonding to the die surface over a broad spectrum of temperatures upto 402 degree C.

LUBRIBOND SERIES
It provides exceptional wetting capabilities which helps increase overall production rates by maximizing the cooling efficiency of the die surface. It can cast parts weighing upto 60 pound/27kg.

LUBRIKOTE SERIES
M/s. Lubrikote series has a chemically balanced blend of natural lubricants, unique polymers, wetting and anti soldering agents withstanding thermal degradation at elevated high heat areas of the die where soldering can occur.

 PLUNGER LUBRICANTSM/s.Lubrikote has a complete line of plunger lubricants formulated for the extreme demands and broad range of applications found in today’s die casting environment. From oil and water based plunger lubricants, both graphite and non-graphite chemistries, to the latest dry pellet and powder formulations Lubrikote has your shot tip and sleeve lubrication needs covered.

PL SERIES OIL BASED M/s. Lubrikote provides the PL series of non graphite oil based heavy duty Plunger Lubricants. It is known for its exceptional performance by reducing friction and smoke emission.

PLUNGER LUBE WATER BASE M/s. Lubrikote provides the die casters with a synthetic high qualitiy water based, water extendable plunger Lube. These Plunger Lubes are designed to be used neat or at dilutions up to 3:1 (water to concentrate). Optimum dilution ratio will be determined by the size and temperature of the tips.

NO-FIRE HP-WG-46B

(High Pressure Water Glycol Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid) up to 7000 P.S.L

"No Fire" HPWG 46B is a premium, high pressure, water glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid, which provides a safer working environment than conventional mineral oil based hydraulic fluids. In applications where hydraulic piping may repture and spray hydraulic fluid onto hot surfaces, mineral oil based fluids can ignite causing a severe hazard to plant personnel and equipment.

NO-FIRE WG200R

(Water Glycol Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid) up to 2000 P.S.L

"No Fire" WG 200R is a, premium, general purpose water glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid, which provides a safer working environment than conventional mineral oil based hydraulic fluids. In applications where hydraulic piping may rupture and spray hydraulic fluid onto hot surfaces, mineral oil based fluids can ignite causing a severe hazard to plant personnel and equipment.

An environment friendly Paint remover, specially formulated to remove tough paints and organic coatings from ferrous & non-ferrous metals & alloys.

Works at room temperature. Does not affect the substrate.

Removes organic coatings, paints like cured epoxy, polyurethane, enamel and lacquer from ferrous & non-ferrous metals and alloys without affecting the substrate.

A one of its kind product specially formulated to remove paint and organic coatings from most of the plastic, polymer, vinyl & composite surfaces, especially auto parts, without affecting the substrate.

Removes organic coatings, primer & paints like epoxy, polyurethane, enamel and lacquer from plastics without affecting the substrate. Ideally suited for plastic auto parts.

Peelable Masking Compound is a polymer base one pack, hand peelable protective coating, it can be applied by of the method such as brushing, dipping, or spraying.  After coating at least 3 hours are required for completing curing of the coating at room temperature of for fast curing the job is ovened at 700 C temperatures for half an hour.  This product gives outstanding protection against corrosive action of hot alkaline and acid solution.  Peelable Masking Compound can withstand high temperature i.e., up to 3000 C.  Dry film of this compound works as a insulation for electric property and is unaffected by any corrosive action of solution.

 

Many times in Electronic Industries, after the PCB Assembly, a mixture of IPA & TCE is used in the ratio of 60:40 in an ultrasonic cleaning machine which is heated to about 50 degree C. Some times because of the formation of Tin Salts there are white patches on the PCB which could be a major cause of failure of the circuit.

TCE is also getting phased out throughout the world and hence there is a need for an effective substitute which is eco-friendly.

We have developed a special cleaner, which can be used to clean the PCB’s to remove it from the flux contamination very effectively. After the cleaning is over the board has to be dipped in the conventional IPA solution for about two minutes and then air dried to get a PCB free from flux contamination or residues.

An Eco-friendly Aqueous cleaner / brightener for Aluminum & its alloys including High silicon aluminum castings and Brass. It can be used by Immersion, Ultrasonic.
